Cars on Belmont sit at red light for a whole minute while zero cars on Grove go through. Please adjust timer to allow Belmont cars to go after, say, 30 seconds.

    Timing at the intersection of Belmont with Grove is working as programmed. The timing allow for traffic signal coordination along the corridor. No further action is needed.
