Description
The earthen ditch for the alley water drainage is completely clogged with vegetation. The winter ice storm also caused dropped trees and bamboo to lean across alley and block vehicles. The lack of drainage (to the end of the earthen ditch where the drop is) is a problem. This alley is behind the houses on Fergusson Rd but it is entered going from Maple Ave to Lowry St. and the first gravel alley on the right (it bends around to where the earthen ditch is located).
