Description
PDR - dead trees falling on caller's property from neighbor's home; daughter lives next door cut grass in the front yard is cut and only a pathway in the backyard cut to allow mother to walk in backyard, looks like a forest; neighbor's daughter live on 5417 Blue Ridge and is the contact. Neighbor is elderly and does not speak English
