Description

I hit the pothole on the (right) westbound travel lane on Broad St by the Science Museum of VA and it flattened my tire. I thought the wheel rim was bent, too, but a mechanic banged it out and only charged me $52.50. FIX THIS! I just saw three hubcaps on the sidewalk!!!
