Description

Sidewalk cracked and breaking, previous improper repairs with Asphalt and removed sidewalk not replaced (next to ally access on Tilden behind building at 3224). See pictures for 3228, including on Tilden side of the corner block. Sending requests for nearby 3224 Stuart and 411 Tilden as well.
