D. Rivers spoke with Mr. Bird on 8/27/2021 after recieving a call from DPU Director's Office. Mr. Bird indicated that DPU Crews recently installed a new driveway culvert at this location. Note: Two Driveway culverts are installed at this home. Personnel will revisit this location by August 30th to re-evaluate the installation to determine if more gravel is require or if a asphalt apron needs to be installed to eliminate erosion. Note: Request was originally assigned to DPW under Gutter Concrete Curb & Gutter Assessment. Request changed to DPU Storm Drain.Storm Drain Problem
