Caller is disabled & uses a wheelchair, has issues with COR trees dropping limbs onto truck & driveway that make it difficult to get into his vehicle

    Caller is calling back to check the status; more limbs fell....Caller states the COR trees needs to prune; there's limbs falling from the trees where he parks and he is disabled so he request the pruning be done asap
