Description
Can see that sidewalks are being fixed in her area. There's a sidewalk that is in need of repair. There's patches of tar on a sidewalks on a few slabs that is chunky it's an eyesore and bits of pieces of it is starting to chip off. Caller states the area is to the left of the driveway.
