Description
there is an arc of dirt (gunk, really) that rims the southeast corner of grove ave. and colonial ave...the dirt is a couple feet wide from the curb in spots..when it rains heavily, a small lake forms at that corner, one assumption being that the accumulated dirt retards drainage..the dirt also becomes a muddy mess when wet..removing the dirt might solve those issues..
