Description
Almost daily, there is a vehicle parked in the small roadway between the alley and entrance to Sheltering Arms on Shepard b/n W. Grace and Broad. The spot is not big enough for most vehicles, causing the cars parked there blocking a safe exit on to SHepard from the Alley. This needs to be a no parking area. THIS also goes for the space to the left of the alley when turning onto Shepard to the left, you cannot see around cars that park on the left. SHould this be a spot???
