Description
Tenants of 510 W. Clay Street discarded mattresses, bedding, inside furniture, household items, and excessive trash in the narrow alley (blocking the public right of way), which would make it difficult for and delay the response time of any emergency vehicles (if needed). The discarded items also make it difficult for other residents to utilize the alley. These tenants (students) also discarded inside household items behind 502 W. Clay Street.
