Description
Tree sits behind 1609 Westover Hills Blvd and half of it is entirely covering the alley with low-hanging branches that appear brittle and vulnerable during any weather, and encroach upon house/yard of 4720 King William Rd (across alley). An alley light and power lines connect inside the branches. Tree branches are heavily weighted on the alley side proportionately, and are low and often get hit by utility and sanitation trucks.
