  CITIZEN IS STILL FOLLOWING UP ON STATUS. MORE BRANCHES IS FALLING OFF THE TREE ON THE SIDEWALK AND THE ENTRANCE TO CITIZEN RAMP.

  Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, complained that tree had dropped multiple limbs that COR had not yet removed from the front of the property. Confirmed caller's refuse is normally collected from back of property, advised caller she may want to move branches to back for bulk/brush pickup. Caller stated she was elderly/handicapped and does not have assistance in moving tree limbs for pickup

  Caller is frustrated and concerned that too date nothing has been done in reference to this COR tree that steadily drops limbs/branches. Caller advises that the tree is dead and really disagrees with pruning the tree because it needs to be cut down.
