Description
I live at 5301 New Kent Road/corner of Prince Edward. A tree in the right of way along Prince Edward needs limb trimming including several directly above utility wires/street. Is there a way for us to coordinate trimming both the limbs that are in the right of way/hanging over the street/utility wires and limbs that overhang our property? A tree service removed a dead limb overhanging our property stated he could get in trouble for working on limbs not overhanging our property.Thanks Bruce Gould

- Staff · July 14, 2021M talked with resident about tree pruning. not on inventory but in ROW. Prune limbs hanging over street. Resident will hire tree company to prune rest of tree from private property. Utility wires are involved but will not interfere with city's work. Also, tree across intersection also needs to be pruned by from ROW due to low hanging branches.
