Description
There is a 1/2 block section of sidewalk that is completely missing on 11th Street between Porter and Bainbridge Street. There is a granite curb installed and it appears there once was a sidewalk present. All other adjoining blocks have pedestrian access on at least one side of the street. A new daycare has recently opened at 1101 Bainbridge Street and the students, parents and teachers of the daycare are required to walk through the grass and mud when using the ROW. Please repair or replace.
