Description
The road has been resurfaced at the intersection of Floyd and Nansemond, but there has been a totally open drain hole left there for weeks. This is an obvious hazard. It is big enough for a child's foot. It is also a hazard for people on bikes. Thanks for the road repair, but please finish the job before some kid gets their foot stuck in the open hole!
