Description

Mr. Hobbie is requesting an assessment on a city tree that is in front of his business and he is stating it is causing big problems with the sidewalk buckling and he witnessed someone trip the other day. He stated there was a project going on and he thought the tree would've been taken down but it wasn't and on each side the sidewalks are new except in front of his business.
