Description

I do not know how else to classify this request using the options in this system. This house has been condemned and their is poison ivy and vines growing all over the house into the neighbors yard. This is poisonous vines. The front yard is extremely overgrown, grass and bushes. People have started to dump debris and yard clippings into the property.
