Description
This light has been straight up skipping the left for multiple cycles. It was already too short of a left, so traffic already backed up, but now it's just not giving a left signal. Sat through two whole light cycles before it finally turned for our bus, and then it was barely green for 10 seconds which was not long enough for the giant line of cars that had stacked up to get through. Some cars illegally turn from the center lane here due to backups.
