Description

00 E 13th sidewalk have a lots of weeds growing large thru the cement sidewalk. Also a large fence on the corner of hull and 00 13th has fallen down which could possibility hurt people walking in the area. There is also lots of trash and clutter behind the broken fence in the alley way.
