Description
Citizen states that his street was paved and a big chunk of asphalt has come off. The street needs to be repaired in that area This is directly in front of 821 W 30th Street. This is where the pavement meets the concrete curbing. It causes the citizen to have to step down. This is at W 30th and Chesterfield Street.
