Description

The alleyway floods when it rains. Citizen states the alley has be grated several times. He thought that there was some pipes that needed to be installed Citizen would like to be contacted to discuss. It floods at the T of the alley @ Gate Oaks Apartments/ by citizens back fence. The alley is lower there.
