CITIZEN SAID SHE NEED THE TREE NEED TO BE REMOVED, THE BRANCHES ARE OVER HER FENCE AND TOOL SHED. CITIZEN STATES THE WIRE IS GOING THROUGH 2 TREES BEHIND HER HOUSE.
