Description

Signal is inadequately timed for existing traffic. Backs up down Hamilton St to 195 off-ramp, a hazardous condition. Cycles where the straight green is only 10 seconds long and the turn arrow is only a flashing yellow during rush hour traffic is completely unacceptable traffic management.
