Description
Trash is overflowing from the dumpsters and trash cans except on day of pickup. Dumpsters and disposal are exposed and covers are almost always open and rats are running rampant, especially at night. I cannot upload video, but I have video of rats running between the trash piled in the alley behind at 413, 415, 417, and 419 W Grace Street. The restaurants at 413 and 415 West Grace are likely the main food sources for the rats.
