Description

Tree in front of 723 Arnold Ave. appears to be diseased or dying. It regularly drops large dead limbs and branchs during storms, in some cases already hitting parked vehicles. Several upper story limbs are hollwed out, but still have growth; while 3-5 upper story branches/limbs with diameters of 4”-10” are completely dead and will fall at some point...either onto a house, fence, sidewalk, parked cars, the road, and/or possibly into traffic or onto a pedestrian.
