Description
I have to pull through this alley to park behind my house. Almost every weekday there is a car blocking the entrance. Sometimes someone is in the car and they can pull into an actual parking spot, but more often it's a car parked with no owner visible. There is another entrance to the alley on Garland, but people park in a way behind the building where you cant pull through. I also worry that if emergency vehicles need to access to alley they wont be able to.
