Description
Requesting a speed bump / hump like the one installed on Fendall Ave. Cars speed upwards of 45mph+ down Garland from the end of the 2800 block thru 2900 block. The street in the 28/ 2900 block of Garland narrow. More people are moving onto the block, so there are more parked cars. People’s mirrors are getting knocked off. Lots of families with children and pets, concerned someone / animal will be harmed if people don’t slow down.
