Description
Overgrowth of brush directly behind 5630 Forest Hill Ave has caused all trucks, utility vehicles, recycling and garbage and crane service to veer away from one side of alley into my back yard - damage to fence and drainage issues - the alley needs maintenance the entire block but there is a specially hazardous ground growth impeding traffic and pedestrian usage - gravel has been pushed into my back yard and changed the course of the alley permanently draining run off into our homes!
