Description

Traffic is really bad and out of control on the weekend going to Treasure Island Skate park and the river. Asking for new speed control (speed bumps). This is really out of hand.

    he speed sample did not reflect the need for a speed table. The 85th percentile speed was 28mph in a 25mph zone. Another 25mph sign was installed.
