Description
This redbud tree sits on city property along Springhill Avenue next to my house at 518 W. 25th St. The tree is dying, and half of it appears dead already. It leans over the roadway and toward parked vehicles at the neighboring residence. The power line passes next to one of its outer branches but can be avoided. The tree represents a threat to passing vehicles and pedestrians.
