Description

There is an 8-10 foot long large detached branch that is resting on another branch that is hanging directly over sidewalk. The tree is situated street-side in between curb & sidewalk of 4109 and 4111 Kensington Avenue. High probability of branch falling into sidewalk/road any moment. Branch is 20-30' off ground. Home owner unable to reach with trimming tool.
