Description
Access doors to dumpster at this location swing outwards and are rarely closed and secured. Doors completely block sidewalk and encroach on street traffic as well. Refuse spills out onto sidewalk and street. Access doors should be internal to the parking lot and not towards right of way for pedestrians.
