Description
Citizen reported that a month ago city had come and replaced a fire hydrant at the corner of E. Grace street and the logan dale avenue and they had filled it with dirt but looks like rain washed all the dirt and now there is a huge hole big enough for someone to stand in. The cross street is Blake Street. Its a huge hazard.
