Bricks are not smooth or intact, 2 feet from to the end of the corner the bricks are not intact and not smooth, surrounded by dirt and grass and there is hole closest to the curb that is not even to the ground; 600 Block of Price and 100 Block of W Jackson; callers address is 37 W Jackson Street.
