Caller phoned back in to check on status of request, reported that tree in question (at front of property at 612 N 37th St) & one across the street (611 N 37th St) have since been cut down, but that the stumps still have not been removed from the associated tree wells. Once the stumps have been ground down, caller would like planting request DPW000085576 to be completed
