Description
Construction at 501 E Franklin Street had the bucket of a backhoe parked in the center of the sidewalk at 8:00 AM on June 15, 2021. No operator was in the piece of equipment and no construction members were around to monitor the situation. Pedestrians are forced to walk out into the street. ADA access is blocked. No construction member was onsite directing pedestrian traffic and there is no signage on either end of the block to indicate the blockage.
