Description

Construction at 501 E Franklin Street is using the sidewalk as a laydown and staging area. Pedestrians are forced to walk out into the street. ADA access is blocked. I walked by at 12:02 PM 6/14/21 and there was an unmanned bobcat excavator with a load of lumber parked on the sidewalk. No construction member was onsite directing pedestrian traffic and there is no signage on either end of the block to indicate the blockage.
