Description
This is SHRUBS that are restricting pedestrians's view of oncoming traffic and also restricts a driver's view of pedestrians walking the in the street. These shrubs are the bottom of a winding downhill grade. Pedestrians are having to walk in the street because of the shrubs. The shrubs need to be cut back significantly.
