Description
The alley was fine until new owner of house directly behind 4508 W Grace St (my property) on Cutshaw avenue built a swimming pool adjacent to the alley , They used alley to stage stone for building the pool. After completing their pool the alley has been a swamp ever since, Thank you for investigating this. Ronald Rush Arkay Properties, LLC owner
