Re submitted on behalf of Arnold Rosenbaum...Visible low spot in the street/gutter at this location is STILL causing standing water to pool in the street near the intersection of Rollins and Grove Ave. (2019 Grove) The cause seems to be a damaged gutter pan. This was first reported in Oct. 2019 (DPW000036763)
