Description

trying to get assistance with trimming a tree located in the right-of-way in front of his property (Tree ID: 12489). He stated that the tree is overgrown and creates a blind spot when he exits his driveway. The overgrown tree also creates a blind spot for those driving north on Moss Side Avenue.
