Description

Construction at 501 E Franklin Street is using the sidewalk as a laydown and staging area. Pedestrians are forced to walk out into the street. ADA access is blocked. I walked by at 8:00 AM 6/11/21 and there were several pallets wrapped in plastic along with several pallets work of long metal pipe laying in the sidewalk. No construction member was onsite directing pedestrian traffic and there is no signage on either end of the block to indicate the blockage.
