Description
I noticed my first request was closed. The reason mentioned was due to there being no vacant lot to plant and that a service member had called to discuss with me (the property owner). I was not called or informed by anyone. I have also used the Tree Inventory tool for the city of Richmond and it indicates there is indeed a SMALL sized vacant lot area to plant with a tree. I have provided a photo. Please follow up with me directly. Trees of interest: Yoshino Cherry, Crape Myrtle, or Dogwood.
