Description
I live at 5416 New Kent Road on the corner with Dorchester. The gutter on Dorchester is torn up and eroded. All the rain flows down hill toward my house, flooding my property and washing away my gravel driveway. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
