Description

I am a Henrico resident who drives on N. Huguenot Rd. perhaps 3-4 times per month. For quite a while there has been one (or perhaps two) trees leaning over the right travel lane of southbound N. Huguenot Rd., just north of the intersection with Old Spring Rd. Recently, though, I've noticed the tree (or trees) are now leaning over both southbound lanes. It appears they're now nearly ready to fall into the roadway. If this hasn't been addressed already, this tree (or these trees) should be
