Description

Tree are protruding through the ground that has damaging the water line and gas line next line. DPU can't address the issue with the water line until the tree roots has been maintained.

    Concrete is uneven, a danger of someone falling or tripping especially at night and caller stated his grand-daughter was riding bike and hit the concrete and fell off bike.
