Description
A large tree on the back of the property line (between fence line and alley/ city property) has been severely hacked at over the years by Dominion Power to keep its large branches from the utility lines. It is now in very bad condition and dropping very large branches onto the neighbor's property, specifically their offstreet parking space and cars. The tree is along the alley. It needs to be cut back or cut down due to its current risk the private property and to the numerous power lines.
