Description
There is a large dip/pothole in between the alley and the road next to my apartment. All of the residents that park down this alley scrape the bottom of their cars pretty badly. I am unable to use my parking spot back there because the dip is so bad. There is also a large hole next to the dip that my neighbor fell in and had to go to the ER for. It says Richmond public utilities on it. I'm assuming it's for water but it is right on the sidewalk and is a safety hazard. I attached a photo of it.
