Description
the gutter on the Howard Rd side of my property is non functional. it is old degraded asphalt that pools water and does not allow the stormwater to flow to the drop inlet at the corner of saint christophers rd and Howard road. the ditch on the saintchristophers rd side of my property needs to be cleaned out as it hold staging water after every rain
